Work in the vineyard and cellar
Staggered harvest in three passes. Spontaneous carbonic maceration. Maceration and fermentation lasting around seven weeks. Daily punch-downs.
Style
A structured Pinot Noir with tension. Fruit and power. Deep and mineral.
